Our Family Supportive Services Goal is
“To strengthen the family to protect the children by teaching communication and parenting skills, while empowering and assisting members to face and overcome personal challenges”
Eklutna Family Supportive Services assists NVE Tribal Members with ICWA (Indian Child Welfare Act) intervention in child neglect and abuse cases.
Eklutna Family Services also provides case management, preventative assistance, behavioral health, and referral services.
Eklutna continues to recruit foster and adoptive homes for Native children.

The Child Care Program provides financial assistance to Alaska Native and Native American families who are in need of childcare services for native children under the age of 13 (13 – 18 years if developmentally disabled or special needs).
